Content: This course is a hands-on practical class for those interested in learning how to prepare a variety of “small plates” dishes including appetizers, tapas plates and hors d’oeuvres to impress with visual appeal and flavorful tastes.  A variety of ingredients will be used from the Mediterranean, Latin, North African and Asian cuisines.

Italian Regional Cooking

Start Date: January 24, 2012
Number of Weeks: 5  weeks
Content: This is a 5 night course for the cooking novice who is interested in creating sample dishes from  some of the twenty regions of Italy. Students enrolled in this course will be preparing foods using cooking styles and ingredients from the various regions such as Tuscany, Campania, Emilia-Romagna, Veneto and Sicily.
Cost for Course: $165.00 (this includes the cost of all food supplies)
