This form must be completed to request permission for persons not attending Cape Cod Tech to attend the dance. Students who have graduated high school must meet with Mr. Terranova prior to the dance.  Please call to make an appointment at 432-4500, x252.

 

Everyone attending a Cape Cod Tech function must conduct his/her self in a positive and respectful manner.  School rules MUST be followed and anyone not following these rules will be asked to leave and no refund will be granted.
