The Information Technology program offers training in PC repair, LAN/WAN networking technologies, web development & programming. Students study for relevant industry certifications and gain hands-on experience by serving as technicians, web developers and programmers for the school. The IT shop runs a full service help desk for employees and students and a carry-in service center for the public.

Students are introduced to pre-engineering through a robotics module that exposes them to three dimensional computer aided drafting (SolidWorks), design, machine code, industry related mathematics and physics. Because technology changes so rapidly, students are challenged to become problem solvers and life-long learners. Students practice what they learn in an environment that stresses hands on activities, professionalism and personal responsibility.
Many elements of the program are academic in nature and support strengthened math, English and science skills. Students write on a daily basis, complete research papers, and use math and scientific concepts through the study of robotics and programming. Students prepare for the COMP/TIA A+ certification test and the COMP/TIA Net+ certification test.
