ORLEANS — Matt Walsh scored back-to-back goals in the first period to help Cape Tech/Chatham past visiting Wareham at Charles Moore Arena.

Jared Hogg scored the eventual game-winner for the unified team (2-0) at 14:15 of the first period on assists from Matt Petruzzo and Jeff Erving.

Goalie Mike Aiesi stopped 21 Wareham shots for the win.
