At Cape Cod Tech we offer 15 different Technical Programs in high demand career fields. In addition to a challenging academic curriculum, students take part in two-week shop cycles under highly experienced technical instructors. This hands-on learning environment provides our students with knowledge and skills and prepares them for college, a career and beyond. We have now launched a new Engineering Program, offering our students even more options.

As part of our Technical Programs, students have the
opportunity to take part in several additional learning programs that offer real-life experiences as well as non-traditional experiences and even the option to earn college credit.

We strongly encourage our students to consider shop choices that are non-traditional for their gender such as males in Health Technologies and Dental Assisting, or females in HVAC or Automotive Technology. Ninth grade students have the opportunity to spend time in every shop as part of our exploratory program.

Employment in the field can be an exceptional exeperience for a student preparing for a career. Cape Cod Tech offers a program of cooperative education to qualified juniors and seniors. These students spend their two week shop cycles "on the job" as trainees with cooperating employers in the various trades from the local community. Many of the businesses are owned or operated by Cape Cod Tech alumni.
