Auto Collision

Auto Collision Technology is a four year program that educates and trains students for career paths and further education opportunities in the trade. Students receive extensive training in structural and non-structural damage analysis and repair, painting and refinishing, automotive welding, mechanical and electrical component repair and the use of plastics and adhesives. Students complete a course of study meeting the national standards of NATEF and the technician certification requirements of ASE. Students are provided with entry level knowledge and skills that will permit them to specialize in one of the many areas of the trade. Training and education is accomplished by repairing actual vehicles that have been damaged due to collision and those in need of cosmetic repairs. The Auto Collision Technology program uses the latest methods, materials, tools, and equipment in the education and training of our students. The use of technology meets or exceeds the national requirements.
