Application Instructions

This is where you will apply to The Cape Cod Tech. Some Important information to follow as you apply:

  • At this time, the Application window is Open for current Grade 7 students and potential transfers (current grade 9 or grade 10 students only). We are Not accepting any current grade 8 applications as the class of 2026 is currently full.
  • When filling out the application, please be sure to answer all required fields.
  • When you have finished the application, scroll back to the top of the page and fill out the unique security code (usually a combination of 5 letters/numbers).
  • Once you have completed that, hit the "Save" button. The application is then submitted to our database.
  • You will then receive a confirmation email notifying you that you have successfully completed the application.
  • You can always track your student's application status with the link that is included in the confirmation email
  • Be sure to check your email for important information during the school year including events and student interview dates.

Important Information for Students Applying for the 2022-23 School Year, Current Grade 7 Students, or Trying to Transfer to Cape Cod Tech


Class of 2027

The Application window is now open for Current Grade 7 students applying for the 2023-2024 school year.

Class of 2026

The Application window is currently closed for current grade 8 students. Applicants must have applied and completed the interview by February 15th to meet the priority deadline for admission. We currently have a full class if all students choose to attend. If a slot does open, we will use our waitlist to admit new students.

Class of 2025

It is unlikely that we will be accepting transfers for the 2022-23 school year for the Class of 2025.  If seats do become available, we will only consider applicants who are interested in Engineering, Information Technologies, DVC, and the Dental Assisting programs at this time. If you would like to be considered, in the event a seat becomes available, please submit an application and have your school send your 8th and 9th grade academic, attendance, and conduct records to kfurey@capetech.us.

Class of 2024

It is unlikely that we will be accepting transfers for the 2022-23 school year for the Class of 2024.  If seats do become available, we will only consider applicants who are interested in Auto Collision, Carpentry, and the Horticulture programs. If you would like to be considered, in the event a seat becomes available, please submit an application and have your school send your 9th and 10th grade academic, attendance, and conduct records to kfurey@capetech.us.
