At the November 30, 2016 School Building Committee Meeting, committee members unanimously voted to choose a new facility as the preferred solution for Cape Cod Regional Technical High School. The proposed facility would be located to the east of the current facility with a preliminary cost estimate for the entire project of $144 million dollars. By clicking the image below, you can see the location of the facility as well as PRELIMINARY floor plans and drawings. Upon MSBA approval in February 2017, the district will move into schematic design (MSBA Module #4) where designs and floor plans will be finalized in consultation with the district and the MSBA. Schematic design will culminate with a final project scope and budget for the entire project.
